What is the Impact Report
The Impact Report is the document through which a Benefit Corporation transparently accounts for the actions taken to pursue the common benefit purposes defined in its Bylaws.
The document analyzes the impact generated on people, communities, territories, and the environment, using recognized external standards such as the B Impact Assessment by B Lab, and outlines future objectives for continuously improving sustainability performance.
